Work Permits

Dear Students, 

If you would like to have a work permit issued over the summer, you will need to contact Ms. Christina Becerra at [email protected]

1. Get the Intent to Employ form: https://www.dir.ca.gov/dlse/dlseformb1-1.pdf
2. You will need to complete the “Minor’s Information” section and “School Information” section.
3. Your parent or guardian needs to complete the section called: “To be filled in and signed by parent or legal guardian”
4. Your employer needs to complete the section called: “To be filled in and signed by employer”
5. When these sections are completed, you will need to email the completed for to [email protected] and she will prepare and return the Work Permit in approximately 24 to 48 hours.
